Todd: Project Manager

Todd graduated from Arizona State University and has been with the company since 2010. He plays an important role as Project Manager. Once contracts have been signed he manages the project from start to finish. He handles submittals, ordering, scheduling and working with the general contractor. He will make sure that your project goes as planned. When Todd is away from work you can find him at the lake or in the mountains. Depending on the weather he will either be on a snowmobile or a 4 wheeler. He is also in the process of getting his private pilot’s license.

Pat: Retail Manager/Sales

Pat has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years and with us for over 14. His extensive experience and attention to detail make him a great person to work with. He handles the ordering of stock product and is a real leader at the store. Pat previously worked as a flooring installer so he is truly experienced in the entire process. Outside of work Pat is an outdoorsman who really enjoys camping.

Rick: Project Manager

Rick joined us in 2003 after years as a cabinet maker. He handles retail and commercial sales and works in the warehouse as needed. Rick loves everything outdoors. Whenever he can he is hiking, backpacking, camping and waterskiing. He is also a very skilled woodworker.

Hollie: Project Coordinator

Hollie joined us 2015 and hit the ground running. She is great with customers, helping them understand products and find the right one for their home. Hollie will make sure that you love your floors. She also keeps the showroom up to date and ready for you. When she is away from work she enjoys running, hiking and is an avid mountain biker.
